How much does a small business website cost?
Our websites start at $349 for a landing page, $649 for a business website with up to 5 pages, and $1,190 for an online store with up to 20 products. Add-ons such as copywriting or a logo are priced separately in the quote calculator, so you see the total before you commit.
How do payments work?
You pay a 50% deposit of the base price to reserve your start date. The other 50%, plus any add-ons, is due within 7 days of delivering the finished site for your review. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How long does it take to build my website?
A landing page is ready in 1 to 2 weeks, a business website in 2 to 3 weeks, and an online store in 4 to 6 weeks, counting from when we receive your deposit and your business content.
What do I need to provide?
Your text, photos, logo and any access we need, such as your domain. If you don't have text ready, you can add our copywriting service. Timelines start once we have your deposit and your content.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Your domain is always registered in your name. Once the project is paid in full, you own the rights to use the design and content created for your site. If you ever want to move to another provider, we hand over your files once any balance is paid.
Is hosting included?
Hosting with an SSL certificate is included in every maintenance plan. The domain is separate: you register it in your name and pay its renewal directly to the registrar, usually a small yearly fee.
What does monthly website maintenance include?
Starting at $39 a month, it includes hosting with an SSL certificate, updates, backups, 24/7 downtime monitoring, content changes and email support. Higher plans add more frequent checks, malware protection and more time for changes.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes, anytime, from your client dashboard or by email. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Can I make changes after my website is delivered?
Yes. Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions before delivery. After launch, business websites include a content management system so you can update text and images yourself, and our maintenance plans include monthly time for changes so we can do it for you.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every website includes basic SEO: titles, descriptions, speed and a mobile-friendly design, and business websites also include setup of your Google Business Profile. No one can honestly promise a specific ranking, but for more competitive searches we offer a local SEO package.
