5. Service providers
We do not sell or give your information to third parties. To provide our services, some providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect it:
| Provider | Use |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Google LLC) | User sign-in and the client dashboard database: account, profile, tickets and payment records. |
| Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) | Payment processing, subscriptions, invoices and the customer portal. Stripe also acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention. |
| Google (Gmail and Google Fonts) | Receiving your emails and loading this website's fonts. |
| Content delivery networks (jsDelivr, esm.sh) and Mux | Serving this website's code, libraries and background video. They receive your IP address in order to deliver those files. |
| Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) | Hosting this website. |
We may also disclose your information to public authorities when required by law.
6. Where your data is stored
We operate from the United States, and your information is stored mainly on servers located in the United States. If you hire us from another country, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Our providers apply contractual and technical safeguards to protect that information.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in to the client dashboard. This storage is technical and strictly necessary for the service you request, so it does not require your consent.
When you make a payment, Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page to process the transaction and prevent fraud. You can read Stripe's policy at stripe.com/privacy.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before turning them on.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights over your information at any time:
- Access: find out what information we hold about you.
- Correction: correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information when it is no longer needed.
- Objection and restriction: object to certain uses or ask us to limit them.
- Portability: receive your information in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent, without affecting anything done before.
To exercise these rights, email us at otoniel@ocswebs.com and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you disagree with our response, you can write to us again so we can review the decision. If you live in Texas, you can also contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov. If you live in another country, you can contact your country's data protection authority.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encrypted connections, passwords stored in encrypted form by our sign-in provider, access rules that prevent one client from seeing another client's data, and restricted access to the admin panel. No system is completely foolproof, but if a security breach affects your information, we will notify you and report it to the relevant authority when required by law.
10. Children
Our services are intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we find that we have, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will let you know by email.
